One bath and hand towel per person and bedding is provided.

We have travel cots in each cottage, but you will have to provide the bedding. We also have high chairs, please let us know before your stay if these are required.

Each steading has underfloor heating, each room has a thermostat to adjust the room temperature during your stay, there is also a wood burning stove in each cottage the initial supply of logs are free and then there is a charge of £5.00 per basket.

Yes there is free wi fi but, please be aware that we live in a rural area and do not have superfast broadband the usual download  speed is about 22 mbps.

Please report any breakages as early as possible, you may be asked to replace the item.

There is a scourer and dishcloth, kitchen towels,washing up liquid and handwash, a few dishwasher tablets and washing liquid (non bio only) to get you started. We also supply tea, coffee, sugar and cooking oil.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and must be kept on leads at all times when outside the property. Please also note there is no enclosed area outside the cottage although there are plenty of good dog walks starting from the cottage.

Yes, we have a barbecue you can borrow, just bring your own charcoal but no open fires please.

Yes, we have a washing machine in each cottage and a dryer in the boiler room which is where you can dry and store any wet clothing or footwear.

Yes, you can book both the cottages if your party is too large to fit in one, the Stables can accommodate 4 people and the Byre can accommodate 6 people.

The Byre is fully disabled accessible, the Stables has all level access. We have a link on the site that takes you to full details for disabled access.

There is a strict non smoking policy within both cottages.
